Lose weight with vinegar



Vinegar naturally helps remove fat from the body; apple cider vinegar is especially good for this. Drink some in a glass of water a few times a day and add a little lemon or honey for a better flavor. This will also help reduce your appetite and lose weight.

Remember the more vinegar you drink the more your perspiration will smell of vinegar.

Simply drink a glass of warm water, with a single teaspoon of apple cider vinegar stirred in, before each meal. It moderates the over-stimulated appetite, and helps the body to metabolize fats.
