The key to living a long and healthy life is to use vinegar everyday. Drinking a mixture of just one teaspoon of vinegar, one teaspoon of honey mixed in a glass of water (warm or cold) three times a day you will be improving your health in many ways. The best time of day to drink this mixture is before each of your meals. By drinking the vinegar mixture before your meals each day you will melt away excess unwanted fat aside from spending on plastic surgery prices to get rid of fats. The vinegar actually burns up the fatty calories in your food, curbs your appetite and blocks the carbohydrates from being absorbed. Can you imagine losing that extra weight by drinking just three vinegar drinks one before each meal? I couldn�t imagine losing weight being that simple so I just had to try it. I wanted to lose at least fifty pounds but I was fed up with other diet aids, which promised to work, but never did. So I bought a dollar fifty bottle of vinegar and decided to give it a try. In just three months I lost forty-three pounds I still have seven pounds to go but it felt so good to lose such a large amount of weight in so little time. I call it my vinegar diet since all you have to do is drink a glass of vinegar before every meal. You will find that your appetite has been curbed and see the pounds melting away. |
