Vinegar tips - Use vinegar to rinse your carpets

Put some vinegar in your stream vacuum to rinse your carpets with after shampooing. The carpet will stay fresh longer because it removes any detergent residue. Use a quarter cup per gallon of water. Use one part water and one part vinegar to take out pet odors from carpets.

Find the spot and saturate it with about one and one half times the original volume. Let set for a while and then blot up. Repeat if your cloth is very dirty after blotting.

Also when you scrub your carpets add a cup of vinegar to your solution. This breaks down any stains that your cleaning solution can�t.
