Hiccups seem to come at the most inopportune time but you could get rid of them quick and easy. Mix a glass of warm water with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Sip this mixture very slowly and your hiccups will fade away.
If you have a tired or sprained muscle soothe the pain by wrapping the troubled area with a towel that was soaked with apple cider vinegar. Hold the towel on the area for three to five minutes and repeat this process as necessary. You could also add a dash of cayenne pepper to the vinegar for an extra special relief. Before you know it your tired or sprained muscles will be free of pain and discomfort. Vinegar can help heal many illnesses and sicknesses so keeping a bottle of vinegar close to or in your first aid kit for an effective, economical and all natural way of curing. |
